Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups ground old fashioned oats (this is just shy of 3 cups oats prior to grinding them)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted but cooled
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 4 ripe bananas – mashed or pureed
- 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt (I use fat free)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips (this can be left out or you can use nuts in place of the chocolate chips)
- Nonstick cooking spray
