This year has been a whirlwind of fun, my family has done more traveling than we have ever done in our past years. There were so many things I feel like we caught beautiful on camera as well as video. When I was little photos were the only way any of us could remember the small moments that our parents could cherish. Even though it’s many years later photos are still a wonderful way of sharing with my children all of the adventures we have had.

Over the year we have visited Our Local Kings Dominion Theme park a whopping 4 times! We have managed to make it for almost every event including:

Spring Bloom Festival

Kids Point Of View

KidsFest

Charlie Brown’s 50th Anniversary Great Pumpkin Fest

Here are a few from when we made some Over The Top Cherry Dr. Pepper® Ice Cream Floats. There was also some photos from my baby girls 3rd birthday which we celebrated at Build A Bear. Oh yeah! There were a few photos from the big kids first day of school this year which I will always treasure.

The best part of all of these moments has to be experiencing them with my little ones who seem to be growing up so quickly. I always take a glance back at my first borns baby book and realize oh my goodness, he is so big now and is going off to middle school soon. I’m not ready!

I came across this amazing new service that Shutterfly offers, it’s called the Make My Book™ Service. It’s one of the best services I have used when it comes to photo services. It’s an easy way for moms to get professional looking photo books for the many photos we take. I love our book, it was so beautifully put together and the size of the book allows all of my kids to view the book at the same time. It is such a fun book to look at together and gives me so many new idea’s on how to use this service again. I’m thinking Holiday’s and Birthdays!Head over to

Head over to Shutterfly.com to start your new book.

Here is a quick rundown on how to use the service, I hope you all enjoy this service as much as I did. It’s so easy and fun, I just uploaded my photos and sent it off to the professionals.

Do you like to make scrapbooks or photo books? What would you make a photo book for if you used the Make My Book Service? When’s the last time you visited Shutterfly.com to have your photos printed? Was it for a special occasion?

Photobooks are such a great way to preserve memories! My sister makes them with pictures of her kids to give to their grandparents. They make awesome gifts.

I have been thinking of having photobooks made because I have so many photos of my children, grandchildren, and of my trips abroad. They are all in flash drives, memory cards, etc. I’d love to have photobooks within easy reach when I want to reminisce great moments. They’d also make good conversation pieces!
