When I was a little girl I didn’t know much about my healthcare plan that my mother had me on. I never understand what benefit’s I had or what my plan was in general. Now that I’m the mother of four beautiful children I like to know everything about our family health care plan. I want to know the nuts and bolts of my plan and to do that I like to use UnitedHealthcare.

Not only are you able to play Three fun interactive games which have a $500 monthly prize and a $100 weekly prize. By playing these games you can learn more about healthcare benefits and also enter to win some sweet cash. A lot of things most of us don’t really know about our benefits is how much we are covered to get things such as eyeglasses or contacts.

I recently went to my local Eye Doctor only to find out that my health care plan didn’t cover my Contact’s eye exam, they only covered a routine exam for eyeglasses. This would have great to know before I walked into the office and ended up paying that co-pay. I wasn’t ready when I walked in but if I had just investigated it earlier on with sites like UnitedHealthcare I would have known sooner.

If you would love to know more and also enter to win some sweet cash. Head over to these fun links to play some games and enter to win. Participants may enter daily for each of the three games and may earn additional entries for clicking the recommended articles after completing a quiz.

I am definitely not as informed about my health care plan as I should be. I am going to work on that.

It is always good to know if things are covered before the visit, I like to call my insurance company before the visit.

We should always be aware and keep track of Health Care Policy. It is our own obligation to research and be informed. Ignorance of benefits affects only you.

It’s really important to have a good healthcare provider especially if you have kids that rely on you. It’s good to know that you can handle emergencies and hospital visits without breaking the bank.

I know a little bit more about my health care than I would like to. We rely on it for so much since my son is sick.

You’ve just made me realise that I don’t know nearly enough about my healthcare and should really inform myself more!

I always fear this situation, so I’m pretty much on top of our health care. We just switched to United and I had to recheck if all our dr’s were still covered. Their website is pretty amazing.

it is definitely important to know each and every benefit on our insurance. I learned that the hard way once and never again. Thankfully it wasn’t a huge bill but still.

We just had to renew our plan last month. It’s such a good idea to make sure that you know the ins and outs of your plan as they seem to change from year to year. Great advice!
