I’m sure #7 is such a great time because I’ve heard it so much. I absolutely cannot for some reason find the strength to go workout on my menstrual. It is like a day I want junk food and to lay in bed ALL day. I wish I could wear tampons but I am such a heavy bleeder.
I do agree with all the other tips! Especially eating habits! No fried and fresh foods are best!
