What is the Regal Cinemas 4DX Experience?
4DX provides moviegoers with an immersive, multi-sensory experience, allowing the audience to connect with movies through motion, vibration, water, wind, snow, lightning, scents, and other special effects that enhance the visuals on-screen.
Each 4DX auditorium incorporates motion-based seating synchronized with more than 20 different effects and optimized by a team of skilled editors, maximizing the feeling of immersion within the movie, beyond the limits of audio and video.
Each film is brought to life with enhanced visuals, sounds bubbles and more! Since every film is different, each 4DX experience is unique. For example, when my family and I saw Disney’s Aladdin film, there were flashing lights and the seats vibrated.

Angry Birds Movie 2 Film Review
In the first Angry Birds film, we watched as the pigs tried to invade and take over the Angry Birds Island. Get ready to be shocked as you will watch as these enemies become frenemies. Before they become frenemies these crazy rivals pull crazy pranks on each other. Red and his team of heroes are on a mission to keep bird island safe by not only saving their fellow inhabitants from these pranks. But also making sure those pigs get some serious payback with their own unique set of pranks.
The best part about the comedic pranks that these rivals inflict on each other on a daily basis. Is that you get to become part of these pranks, flying and being splashed with water just as they do. This 4DX experience will make you feel as though you are really in the movie.
In this good clean fun film, you will find jokes that the whole family can enjoy, including a “Resting Bird Face” reference. Oh, and a fun green pig in spandex, yeah my girls loved that! If you have ever wondered where The Mighty Eagle came from, this film will answer all of your questions and some.
I loved how in this film you get to see another side of Red as he falls in love with Silver. However this isn’t the only love story in this film, don’t worry, I won’t spoil the surprise for you. Get ready to dance and giggle with this hilarious unlikely team set to save both the Pig and Bird island. Expect an epic dance battle, witty comedy and so much more in the Angry Birds Movie 2.
What To Expect With The 4DX Experience
During the Angry Birds Movie 2 film, we flew through the air with the birds and felt every bump on the way down. They did a great job of utilizing the scents and water as we felt as though we were on an ice island. There were a few flashes that really bumped up the realness of the film.
My girls loved how it felt as though we were on a ride in an amusement park. The 4DX Experience is hands down my families favorite way to watch any film in the theaters, I don’t know how we can go back to anything else. Is it worth the price YES! I highly recommend you catch this film in 4DX ASAP in a theater near you before it’s gone.
