Barefoot By The Sea Restaurant Review | Beaches Resorts in Turks and Caicos
How does eating a gourmet dinner with sand between your toes sound? If it sounds amazing then the Barefoot By The Sea restaurant is perfect for your next visit to Beaches Resorts in Turks and Caicos.
Last October my family and I attended the 2018 Social Media On The Sand Event, hosted at Beaches in Turks and Caicos. The resort itself was a short ride from the airport in a complimentary Beaches Shuttle.
It was paradise I swear! Everywhere you look the views were breathtaking, none of the photos I took on my cameras did this place justice.

About the Barefoot Restaurant
Located In The Italian Village next to the beach, you will Discover Aphrodisiacal Exhilaration. The sandy pathways of Barefoot By The Sea add to the ambiance of this charming restaurant. Located in the heart of an award-winning resort close to the tranquil shore, Barefoot is one of the few establishments you can actually show up barefoot, digging your toes into the fluffy, white sand while enjoying delectable seafood.
Location: The Italian Village – Next To The Beach
Dress Code: Resort Casual
Not all of the restaurants on property require you to follow a dress code, but others like The Barefoot Restaurant do. The ladies are open to wearing anything they wish, the girls and I wore dresses. The boys wore button-up shirts with a nice pair of jeans. Please keep in mind the dress code before you head over to this delicious location.
They do not allow swimsuit attire so please make sure to cover up before heading over.
The Food
With the sparkling Sea just steps away, spectacular Caribbean vistas and cool sea breezes abound. The cuisine here is just as enticing as the charming, Caribbean vibe, presenting distinctive seafood recipes full of savory fervor. The food was absolutely divine and the service was impeccable as always.
Tip: I suggest if you are ordering, to make sure you know everything you want (including dessert) and put that order in as quickly as possible. Since everything is cooked to order the waiting time is always different for each location. Since I have kids ranging from ages 5-13, they handled each waiting time differently.

In addition to signature seafood favorites, aphrodisiacs such as conch simmered in a green curry sauce, oysters marinated in lemon and chili pepper, and chocolate bread pudding served with rum cream sauce all invigorate the sumptuous and memorable Barefoot dining experience.
