How To Make Pineapple Salsa

First, you will need to mince a red onion and dice a ripe pineapple into small cubes. Once you have those ready, add them to a small to a medium-size mixing bowl. Add freshly chopped cilantro, freshly squeezed lime juice, and give it a good stir.

Then add the taco seasoning and diced jalapenos to the bowl. In the bowl combine all of the ingredients and then taste test to see if the flavors are to your liking. Adjust the recipe by adding more or less of each ingredient and season to taste.
