The best fudge brownes you are ever going to make! These decadent fudgy brownies are stuffed with butterscotch chips and baked to perfection. Then they are dipped in colorful chocolate and wrapped in homemade Valentine’s Day gift boxes.

How to Make Fudgy Brownies

Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees and lightly grease a 9×13 Inch pan. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cocoa and baking soda. Add the vegetable oil and boiling water and mix until well blended and thickened.

Stir in sugar, Eggs, and the remaining cup of oil, flour, Vanilla, and salt; mix well. Spread evenly into the greased pan. Bake in the preheated oven for the recommended time on the recipe card. Once they are finished pull them out of the oven and let them cool before using, the heart-shaped cookie cutter, at least 2 hours.

Using the double boiler method melt 1 tablespoon of Crisco per bag of chocolate, melt the chocolate down and then dip the heart shaped brownie’s bottom side. Let dry on wax paper, once completely dried dip half way of the heart and then top with sprinkles or fun candies.

Pack and gift! Enjoy!

Hand-Dipped in Chocolate Fudgy Brownie Recipe Notes

For this recipe, I used the ingredients listed below. For the best results for dipping the brownies in chocolate, I used the popular Wilson Chocolate Melts in a double boiler method.

Cutting The Fudgy Brownies

After I chilled the brownies in the fridge for 2 hours, I cut out the brownies using a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Then I dipped the bottoms of the brownies in the melted chocolate.

It helped hold the brownie together and gave it a boost of delicious chocolaty flavor. I then topped them with my favorite Valentine’s day heart candies and cute sprinkles.
