– 5 russet potatoes (large) or 6-7 (medium/small) – 1 cup of water – Instant Pot 6 Qt. – OR a 6qt Pressure Cooker
What You Need
Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of your pot. Then Place the trivet inside.
Clean each potato from dirt. Lightly scrub with a scrub brush and warm water. Poke the potatoes 5 or 6 times using a fork.
Add your potatoes stacked to the pot on the trivet. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Allow your potatoes to NPR for about 15 minutes
Transfer to your serving dish or plate. Cut the potato down the middle and add your favorite topping!
