Whenever you see a Marvel Movie logo you always know you are in store for an amazing motion picture. When it comes to my Marvel movies I am definitely looking for an action packed movie, with sly comedy. Marvel’s Doctor Strange will not disappoint you when it comes to action-packed movies as well as sly comedy throughout the movie.

My kids and I loved this movie, with mind-bending scenes that literally had me tilting my head to keep up with the super Doctor Strange and his costars. There is a scene in the movie (Sorry this is a spoiler!) where Doctor Strange broke his watch that Christine Palmer gifted him in a fight with local thieves. To me, this symbolized the end of his old life and the start of the new path he was about to take. The watch represented time (his past) as well as a tie to his past, along with who he once was. I thought it was a great point in the movie that became the turning point for Doctor Strange.

That’s it I promise I won’t spoil more, but if you can come back and leave a comment below we can continue this discussion in the comments. I entirely loved the aspect of there being multi-universes and dimensions, that’s right up my ally when it comes to sci-fi and beliefs. This movie opens up your mind and gives you a way of thinking that most of us only know of through the documentaries they show on TV.

Get ready to be taken on a trip when it comes to this movie, it will literally blow your mind away. What I would like to say I took from this movie is time is precious and it’s important to cherish every moment of it. There are many possibilities that can be played out on your path, so choose wisely and take on whatever you are faced with. In the end, we are never truly ready but it’s what we have to do in order to tackle those tasks.

Here at our local #DolbyCinema, #ShareAMC for the NEW Marvel Doctor Strange Movie! So excited to explore this new universe with the kiddos! Make sure you head to your local theater this weekend to catch this movie in one of the best expierences possible. The Dolby Cinema experience at our local AMC Theater is nothing like you have experienced yet. With surround sound that goes through your seats you will feel as if you are really there. With an amazing picture that is vibrant and full of color you won’t need 3D glasses. And did I mention the reclining cushioned seats? Yeah I love it here! #DoctorStrange #movie #marvel #moviereview #review #universe #trending #dolby #amazing #theater #experience #travel #traveler #trippin #travelmom #mommyblog #mommyblogger #blogger #lifestyle #lifestyleblogger

Overall the entire movie experience was amazing, we were able to experience this movie in our local AMC Theater in one of their Dolby Cinemas. If you haven’t heard of Dolby Cinema Theaters let me rap to you real quick on what you don’t want to miss out on the next time you head to the theater.

When you go to the theater you are pretty much anticipating the not so friendly spaced seats with the always memorable one, the 90-degree statue pose you are expected to do throughout the movie. Sometimes you do get lucky and are bale to lean back using the seat in front of you, but hey that’s not always the case. The Dolby Cinema seats will blow you away, this is only one of the amazing things this experience offers as well but definitely a more comfortable option for a woman like me with back problems.

I love there seats! Recline has been set! Feet up and I’m ready for Doctor Strange! We are Here at our local #DolbyCinema, #ShareAMC for the NEW Marvel Doctor Strange Movie! With just the touch of a dial, you are able to kick your feet up and sit your seat back to the ultimate reclining mode. I always feel as though I am at home kicking back my feet on my super comfy sofa. Expect with these seats they have something special inside of them. With moving audio that goes through the seats, yes through the seats where you can feel the sound. Along with audio that movies throughout the theater making each scene that much more amazing.

The last but not least thing that sets this experience apart from all other screens is the vibrantly enhanced picture you receive. Blacks are not that scratchy black it’s the pitch black that movies intend to have, the colors are more enhanced giving them a more life-like essence. The curved screen also sets this experience apart making it even better. Whenever I go to a Dolby Cinema theater I don’t even miss 3D movies, it’s like I get that 3D experience with their theaters.

The Ancient One/Master Supreme played by (Tilda Swinton) was fantastic in her strong role where she had to literally hold the fate of the universe on her back. Tilda was such a strong character in this movie living for centuries using the energy of the universe. It is revealed how she is able to survive so long and is a critical point in the movie.

The wonderful Mads Mikkelsen played as (Kaecilius) who is a headstrong stubborn yet very gifted discipline of the Master Supreme who lost his way. He is really good at making you hate him in this movie, I couldn’t help but hate him from the first scene I spotted him in. I can very much relate to Kaecilius’s character where he wants nothing more to do than freeze time and keep everyone alive and living. There is nothing more aggravating then realizing time is fleeting and you only have so much of it. But as the Master Supreme reminds him throughout the movie, time is what helps us cherish these moments and makes them so much more valuable.

The beautiful Rachel McAdams played as (Christine Palmer) bringing that relatable women who is strong and independent. This skilled woman in Medicine supported and loved Doctor Stephen Strange when he was the arrogant surgeon all the way up until he became the Doctor Strange we know. I loved her in this role as she was able to bring that relaxed yet strong character to life showing how their love was unconditional in many ways.

I’m not sure they could have picked a better man to play Doctor Strange, (Benedict Cumberbatch) was the Doctor Strange from the first scene all the way to the after movie credits snippet of what to expect in the next movie. Make sure yall stay past the movie credits Marvel is always hinting towards the next movie here and they are so worth the wait trust me! I could really feel Doctor Strange’s struggle throughout the movie where he struggled with letting go of his past self (the surgeon) and accepting his path is much bigger and required more responsibility. He did a fabulous job with this role, including his somewhat dry humor and I can’t wait to see him in another movie.

Chiwetel Ejiofor who played as (Mordo) really struggled with trying to uphold his promise to keep the natural balances of the universe. It was his duty to keep that balance and defend it at all costs. I wish I was able to see more of him in this movie but I loved how he did play a big role as to helping Doctor Strange find his path. He was a great mentor and was gentle and caring yet stern in helping guide Doctor Strange.
