Yo ho, yo ho a pirate’s life for me! It seriously will be a pirate’s life for me starting May 17th – May 20th. If you caught my post on Facebook a few days ago then you may have an idea of what will be going down starting May 17th. Myself along with 24 other amazing bloggers will be giving you all the scurvy details from The #PiratesLifeEvent in LA. Let me first say how much I absolutely LOVE the Pirates of the Caribbean Movies and how much of an honor it is to be covering this event. It’s got that teenage girl in me screaming every time I see the trailer.

Not only will this epic movie be hitting theaters May 26th, 2017 but I will be your go-to girl for coverage on the Premiere and Press Junket with the actors! Along with covering this epic movie I will be sitting down and talking to the voices of Walt Disney’s Newest Signature Collection Release Bambi.

Red Carpet.

An amazing trip to LA wouldn’t be complete without being able to give you live coverage of the Premier of Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Men Tell No Tales on the Red Carpet. Attending the premier is such an honor because it will be held at none other than The Dolby Theatre. That’s right the same place the Oscar’s is held, is where I will be giving all of you that live fun action. I have the perfect dress and shoes to show yall on May 18th, so make sure you are following my Twitter and Facebook for those live updates!

While watching the movie is high on my list of amazing things to do on this trip, I’m super happy to announce we will be interviewing a few select cast and the filmmakers. Among those being interviewed are:

Visit Disney Archives.

We will be visiting the Disney Archives to learn about the history of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” attraction. I cannot wait to see where this epic movie had its birth, I remember hearing about the ride from family members years ago.

Pirates of the Caribbean Ride at Disneyland.

What better way to follow up from learning the history of this infamous ride which later became the movie series we cherish and love, than to ride the Pirate of the Caribbean Ride itself! To be honest, I have never been to Disneyland before, but during this trip, I will be visiting this magical place and riding this ride with all me plunder. I’m very excited to give you my very first impression of this infamous ride and to be able to say “aye me mateys, we be ready for adventure!”.

Interviews with Voices and Production Designer of Bambi.

I remember when I saw Bambi for the very first time, I was with my mom sitting in the living room eating popcorn. I remember seeing little Bambi with little Thumper and thought wow that is a special kind of friendship right there. I’m super excited to reveal that we will be interviewing Peter Bhen (The Voice of Young Thumper), Donnie Dunnigan (The Voice of Young Bambi), and Paul Felix a production designer at Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Walt Disney Signature collection release BAMBI will be coming out on Digital HD May 23rd and Blu-ray June 6th.

PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES sails into theaters everywhere May 26th! 

Johnny Depp returns to the big screen as the iconic, swashbuckling anti-hero Jack Sparrow in the all-new “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.” The rip-roaring adventure finds down-on-his-luck Captain Jack feeling the winds of ill-fortune blowing strongly his way when deadly ghost sailors, led by the terrifying Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), escape from the Devil’s Triangle bent on killing every pirate at sea—notably Jack. Jack’s only hope of survival lies in the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but to find it he must forge an uneasy alliance with Carina Smyth (Kaya Scodelario), a brilliant and beautiful astronomer, and Henry (Brenton Thwaites), a headstrong young sailor in the Royal Navy.

At the helm of the Dying Gull, his pitifully small and shabby ship, Captain Jack seeks not only to reverse his recent spate of ill fortune but to save his very life from the most formidable and malicious foe he has ever faced.

“Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” also stars Kevin R. McNally as Joshamee Gibbs, Golshifteh Farahani as the sea-witch Shansa, David Wenham as Scarfield, Stephen Graham as Scrum, and Geoffrey Rush as Captain Hector Barbossa. Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg are directing “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” with Jerry Bruckheimer producing. The executive producers are Mike Stenson, Chad Oman, Joe Caracciolo, Jr., Terry Rossio and Brigham Taylor. The story is by Jeff Nathanson and Terry Rossio, and Jeff Nathanson wrote the screenplay. “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” drops anchor in U.S. theaters on May 26, 2017.
