Break the curse with this Disney-inspired Beauty and the Beast Cocktail. Made with layers of Kringle Cream Liqueur and Coffee Soda, this simple but elegant cocktail recipe delivers a delicious big flavor.

The Beauty and the Beast Cocktail
This is a deceptively delicious cocktail made with just two ingredients, well three if you’re counting the ice. The cool thing about this layered cocktail is you get to decide how much beauty or how many beasts you want. The ingredients are Kringle Cream Liqueur and Coffee Soda.
Psst! I got the coffee soda at World Market. Yes, the recipe is simple but it delivers a deliciously big flavor. So, if you are a fan of cream liqueurs and coffee flavors then more than likely you will love this cocktail.

Beauty and the Beast Cocktail
I decided here to let the Kringle represent Belle from the Disney film adaptation of Beauty & The Beast. And naturally, the darker Coffee Soda represents The Beast. Here I filled a standard rocks glass filled with ice, then 3/4 full with the Kringle cream.
Then using a tablespoon I topped off the cocktail with the coffee soda. The soda will float atop the heavier and denser cream liqueur. And there you have it, The Beauty & The Beast cocktail. Cheers!
Drink responsibly, and never drink and drive
